Located in the sixth district of Vienna these two apartement buildings provide nearly 70 new housing units. The two sites are vis-a-vis. The building at the corner of Schmalzhofgasse is a former youth hostel and its main construction structure could be sustained. The building on the second plot was newly built and is designed as an L-shaped ground plan that extends the street side facade throughout the backyard.

The new building offers free space for every unit - in form of ground floor gardens, balconies or terracces.
